This website is operated by Alpha Recovery Lab. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Alpha Recovery Lab. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of this website and your purchase of products from us. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to use this site or purchase products. You may not use our products or services for an unlawful purpose, violate applicable law, transmit malicious code, interfere with the site, or attempt unauthorized access to any system or account.

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND HEALTH DISCLAIMER

We work to present product descriptions, images, features, colors, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and production changes can affect how a product appears. AlphaFlow is a consumer wellness and recovery product. Information on this site is for general educational purposes and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AlphaFlow is not a replacement for professional medical care. Follow the product instructions and do not use compression contrary to advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Seek professional guidance before use if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have circulation concerns, a history of blood clots, acute injury, infection, unexplained swelling, or any other concern about whether compression is appropriate for you.

ORDERS, PAYMENT, AND ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment authorization issues, resale activity, or shipping restrictions. Payment information must be current, complete, and accurate. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

PRICES, PROMOTIONS, AND DISCOUNT CODES

Prices and promotions may change without notice before an order is submitted. Discount codes are subject to their stated terms, may not be combined unless expressly allowed, and must be entered or applied before checkout is completed. The ALPHA50 offer applies only while active and eligible. Taxes and any non-standard shipping charges are shown at checkout when applicable.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, including the 60-day hassle-free money-back guarantee. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The site and its content—including text, branding, graphics, photos, videos, design, and code—are owned by or licensed to Alpha Recovery Lab and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial shopping and information. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit site content without written permission, except where applicable law permits.

REVIEWS, FEEDBACK, AND SUBMISSIONS

If you submit a review, photo, video, comment, idea, or other content, you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience, that you have the right to provide it, and that it does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law. You grant Alpha Recovery Lab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit for length or clarity without changing the meaning, publish, translate, and display the submission in connection with our business. We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, irrelevant, or otherwise inappropriate. We do not promise to publish every submission.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access. Product warranties and the 60-day guarantee are limited to the promises expressly stated in our published policies. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Recovery Lab and its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or opportunity, arising from use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Alpha Recovery Lab harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

SEVERABILITY; WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies posted on the site are the entire agreement concerning your use of the store and supersede prior discussions on that subject.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply where they cannot be waived.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively from the date posted unless applicable law requires otherwise.
